Together with Avans University of Applied Sciences, DialogueTrainer has created online interactive conversation simulations with 3D virtual training actors for Social Work students.

Working with target groups in the social domain requires a lot of knowledge and experience. You are constantly in conversation with people in difficult situations, where there is a lack of overview. You advise, listen, guide, and direct, while constantly keeping an eye on the relationship, to trust and set boundaries where necessary. To be able to work skillfully and effectively in practice, you use numerous methods and skills, some of which have been extensively researched. As a student you can practice common conversations such as motivational interviewing, dealing with resistance, problem clarification and giving feedback in a safe learning environment. You receive personalized scores and feedback and you follow your own learning journey.
