Soul Paint is a VR project that allows you to discover, meet, express and share your inner world. Soulpaint brings together mind and body into an embodied immersive experience that enables you to explore and visually express your own emotions.

Paint: Guided by the warm, nurturing voice of Rosario Dawson (Star Wars – Ahsoka), players use a range of visual drawing tools and embodied dance rituals, and are invited to draw, paint, describe and get acquainted with their own emotions and feelings. Turn your virtual body into an emotional work of art that expresses your own felt experience in this unique journey of self-discovery, and get to meet the artworks, feelings and heartfelt stories of other players that went before you.

Share: Soul Paint is about sharing your feelings. With your consent, your artwork and story can be added to our online ‘Archive of Emotions’. A gallery that contains an ever growing collection of human emotions and stories. Some of these, you will meet ingame, others can be exhibited on large screens in a physical exhibition setting. In this way, we pull these hard to explain feelings out of the virtual world, with the aim of curating large scale exhibitions of user generated emotional artworks, where visitors can view and listen to touching stories about how we experience our own feelings.

Wellbeing Relevance: Bringing together immersive art, research and healthcare, SoulPaint aims to develop new forms of embodied communication, and understanding of collective invisible human experience, to support emotional wellbeing.
